Brand Re-Design / Packaging
La Monarcha Bakery & Cafe is a recent gem I have become obsessed with; everything from the company itself, to their bakery items, to their warm and inviting color palette. I sometimes think about what their brand evolution looks like, and in trying to pay humble homage, this is that daydream brought to life.
I wanted to give the brand a slight update that balances modernity with the celebration of Mexican culture and its people through bold graphic visuals. I believe the butterfly icon and logo have a much more successful and intimate relationship that is reflected in the color palette and styling. The bold use of patterns and color schemes create diversity within the brand, and better clarify various product lines. Scope of work includes brand identity, creative direction, coffee and bakery product packaging, and website.
